7) The bidder shall provide other documents to prove its ability to fulfill the contract after winning the bid:
If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer agreeing to provide the goods in this bidding, and the authorization relationship must maintain consistency;
