3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1 Legal entities or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries (or regions) with trade relations with the People"s Republic of China are eligible to participate in the bidding; domestic bidders should provide a copy of the valid business license, and foreign bidd should provide a copy of the business registration certificate or other valid proof documents.
2 If the bidder is a manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China or an agent of a foreign manufacturer bidding, the manufacturer should have a permanent service agency in China or a commissioned agency that can provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the project); provide an introduction to the basic information of the after-sales service agency and a copy of the business license. If the after-sales service agency is a commissioned agency, a authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for after-sales service is also required.
3 The bidder can be a manufacturer or an agent authorized by the manufacturer. For the manufacturer, the same brand, and the same model of equipment, only one agent can be entrusted to participate in the bidding (the equipment manufacturer who participates in the bidding shall authorize an agent; if the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for the equipment of this project, and there are two or more agents bidding for the same brand and the same model of equipment, the bidder who received the registration materials first shall prevail).
4 Requirements the agency authorization letter: If the bidder is an agent, a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the proposed hand-held CT equipment (passenger hand- baggage computer tomography explosive detection security inspection equipment/passenger hand-held baggage X-ray computer tomography explosive detection security inspection equipment) for this project must be provided.
5 Qualification requirements: The proposed hand-held CT equipment (passenger hand-held baggage computer tomography explosive detection security inspection equipment/passenger hand-held baggage-ray computer tomography explosive detection security inspection equipment) must have a valid "China Civil Aviation Administration Safety Inspection Equipment Use Permit Certificate."
6 Credit requirements
