2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the goods being tendered, they shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Class I Medical Device Production Record Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; if the bidder is a commercial sales enterprise, they shall provide the "Medical Device Operation Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Class II Medical Device Operation Record Certificate" according to the relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national permits;
3) The goods being tendered must possess a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or a "Class I Medical Device Record Certificate" (applicable to medical devices) as of the bid closing date;
4) The bidder shall provide the "Radiation Safety License" of the bidder and the manufacturer of the tendered goods (applicable to units producing or selling radioactive isotopes and radiation devices within the territory of the People"s Republic of China);
5) The bidder must be a manufacturer specializing in producing the required equipment for this tender, or an authorized agent with valid authorization;
6) The tendered model provided by the bidder must have users with installations within China;
7) In the three years prior to participating in the government procurement activities, the bidder has not had any major violations in its business activities;
8) Since the commencement of its business activities, the bidder has no record of bribery-related crimes;
9) The bidder has not been listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as a discredited person subjected to enforcement, nor on the list of major tax violation cases, and is not on the record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
