Overview:The Phase I project of Changsha Metro Line 4 will deploy 32 electric multiple units (EMUs), each consisting of six B-type carriages manufactured by CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. In compliance with the "Urban Rail Transit Facilities and Equipment Operation and Maintenance Management Measures" (Jiaoyun Gui [2024] No.9) issued by the Ministry of Transport, Chapter III on Facility Maintenance and Chapter IV on Upgrade Management require safety enhancement retrofits for aging EMU components. Bidders are hereby required to provide supporting services for these upgrades to ensure operational safety
Source of Funds:The total amount of 94,833,229.20 yuan is funded by ultra-long-term special treasury bonds (the exact amount to be determined by the state) and municipal fiscal budget allocations.
