Qualifications or Performance:1) Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical, and production capabilities required to fulfill the contract, including: Spare parts special tools that need to be used during the maintenance service period must obtain the "Registratiion Certificate for Medical Devices of the People"s Republic of China" (including "Registratiion Book for Medical Device Products" and other related attachments) (According to the "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices" issued by the Council of the People"s Republic of China, Order No. 739, and the notice issued by the State Drug Administration on the issuance of the "Classificationue of Medical Devices" (Guo Ya Jian Si [2002] No. 302), products within the "Classification Catalogue of Medical" must meet the relevant qualifications as required by the "Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices" and provide authentic proof materials. Other equipment not included in the "Class Catalogue of Medical Devices" are not subject to mandatory requirements).
2) A credit certificate or capital deposit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before bid opening date (original or a photocopy of the original).
