If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. When submitting the bid, the Bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the original document (with the originals kept available for verification).

If the Bidder is a company registered outside the territory of China, it shall provide a valid certificate of company registration.

If the Bidder is a branch company, it shall possess a legally valid business license (for those registered within China) / certificate of company registration (for those registered outside China) and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid and sign contracts). When submitting the bid, the branch shall provide scanned copies of the original documents (with the originals kept available for verification).

The qualifications, eligibility and performance of the branch and its superior legal entity shall be recognized？by the Procuring Entity(Company/Purchaser), while the qualifications, eligibility and performance of other branches under the same superior legal entity shall not be recognized. (2)Requirement for Bidder"s Past Performance:

Subject to the contract signing date, the manufacturer of the products to be offered by the bidder shall have at least two contracts evidencing its？supply performance records of Xenon Weathering Chamber？products？from January 1, 2020？to the bid close date, and the manufacturer of such supplied products must be the same？manufacturer of the products to be offered in this bid.

The bidder shall submit the Performance Form in the specified format and provide the relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include: 1) Sales contracts; 2) Goods Arrival Acceptance signed or stamped？by the client？(i.e. Arrival Acceptance Form, or,？Commissioning Acceptance Report, or other valid certifications that can prove the goods under the contract have passed the arrival acceptance).
The performance of the products submitted by different manufacturers within the same group (i.e., wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries or manufacturing plants under the same group) is regarded as the performance of the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder; the bidder should provide an explanatory letter to state that the manufacturer of the products submitted in this bid and the manufacturer of the products meeting the above performance requirements belong to the same group.

The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must include at least the following contents: the contract signing date; the contract signature page (China domestic trade contracts shall be stamped？by the buyer and the seller, while international trade contracts shall be signed or stamped？by the buyer and the seller); the name of the goods; and the goods arrival acceptance signed or？stamped？by the client、project location.

If the contract is an annual framework agreement, in addition to the？agreement？itself, the corresponding Purchase？Order(s) (PO)(under which the goods were delivered) shall also be provided, and the purchase order content or PO numbering？shall be associated with the annual framework agreement. Under the？same annual framework agreement, one or more purchase orders and their？arrival acceptance certificate(s)？corresponding to the orders shall be deemed as one valid performance.
If the bidder is an agent, from January 1st, 2022 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract),？he bidder shall have at least one contract of agency performance for Xenon Weathering Chamber？with the manufacturer of this bid？and provide corresponding？documentary evidence. The sales？performance documentary evidence？includes？but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures？and？seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), and the name of the good, name of the agent and name of the manufacturer.？

Failure to submit the past performance certification documents, or inability to ??authenticate that the above performance requirements are met through the performance certification documents？so provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
