Overview:One set of 16-axis flying probe tester, used for open and short circuit testing. It detects open and short circuit issues in circuit board loops through resistance and capacitance methods. Four-wire testing is applied to check for abnormal resistance values in circuit board loops via resistance measurement.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Basic Qualifications
1.For overseas bidders: Relevant documents registered in the place of business in accordance with the laws of the respective country/region.
2.For domestic bidders: Business license of enterprise legal person.
3.Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the tendered equipment.
4.Bidders must be the manufacturers of the tendered products or authorized agents by the manufacturers. If the goods provided by the bidder under the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall provide an official manufacturer"s authorization letter (see the format in The Bidding Documents for ICB Procurement of Mechanic & Electronic Products (Volume One)). Bids authorized by the general agent, regional agent or other agents of the manufacturer in China are not accepted. Bids authorized by representative offices, liaison offices or other entities without independent legal person status are also not accepted (original manufacturer"s authorization certificate must be provided).
5.Bidders shall provide the original credit certificate issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid opening date or a scanned copy of the original. If the credit certificate clearly states that copies are invalid, the original must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to verify the original. For bidders registered in China, they shall also provide the Permit for Opening Bank Account issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal), or the basic account information shown in the bank credit certificate (original copy), or basic deposit account information (bank format or bank seal), or bank-recorded seal card (scanned copy with official seal), or application form for opening a corporate bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal), or other supporting materials.
6.Bidders shall provide performance in the field of semiconductor test boards. They shall have accumulated application performance of the tendered equipment in no less than 3 PCB manufacturers within the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to the bid deadline), with the bidder as the performance implementing entity. Relevant performance contracts of the tendered products shall be provided, and scanned copies of key pages (including but not limited to the front page, procurement content page, and sealed page of both parties) must be attached as supporting materials.
