3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be the manufacturer or authorized agent of the equipment. If the bidder bids directly for the manufacturer, the authorization letter may not be provided; If you bid for an agent, you must provide a legal and valid authorization letter authorized by the manufacturer (secondary authorization is acceptable).
2) If the invested product belongs to the third type of medical device, the Medical Device Production (operation) Enterprise License shall be provided; If the invested product belongs to the second class of medical devices, the filing certificate of the second class of medical devices should be provided (the Filing Certificate of the second Class of medical device management Enterprise or business license can be provided (there should be relevant content of operating or selling the second class of medical devices)).
3) If the invested products belong to Class II or Class III medical devices, the legal Medical Device Registration Certificate in China shall be provided.
4) The bidder must register in the electronic trading platform of mechanical and electrical products bidding and bidding, and valid annual inspection and purchase bidding documents in the bidding agency.
5) The bidder shall provide the credit certificate (original or photocopy) issued by the bank that opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date.
For the above requirements, the bidder shall provide the corresponding valid supporting documents in the bid documents. If there is no supporting documents or the supporting documents do not meet the requirements, the bid will be rejected.
