3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) For bidders who provide goods outside the customs territory of the People"s Republic of China, once they win the bid, they must be the signing party of the foreign trade contract for this project with the buyer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, their bid will be cancelled. (If the product is imported and an import contract must be signed, the successful bidder must sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer or the buyer"s business agent in its own name, and can receive foreign exchange paid by companies within the customs territory of Chinese Mainland.)
The bidder shall have delivered at least one set of equipment to customers within or outside the customs territory of the People"s Republic of China for conducting dynamic tests related to SAE AS 8049 safety technical regulations, with mature applications and excellent results, and provide proof of relevant performance, including copies of sales contracts or final acceptance certificates.
2) Bidders shall strictly comply with the Law of the People"s Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, and shall not submit any non-public documents or upload any non-public or sensitive documents to the AVIC Electronic Procurement Platform. ② Bidders shall not be included in the list of significant or serious dishonesty by the Aviation Industry Group.
3) After successfully registering on the AVIC Electronic Procurement Platform, bidders shall use the bidding website (hereinafter referred to as "Bidding Website", website: http://www.ebnew.com/ )Successfully registered. Otherwise, bidders will not be able to enter the bidding process and will be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
4) This bidding does not accept consortium bidding.
5) The maximum bidding price for this project is RMB 23.8 million (in US dollars or other international settlement currencies, the maximum price will be calculated based on the exchange rate of Bank of China within 3 days before the bid opening)
