Qualifications or Performance:(1)The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable.Since January 2020, there must be more than 25 sales records of the same type of equipment of COG crimping device ,and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance data).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected. (explanation: in the tender, the one who signs the contract shall be the one who bid and won the bid. It is not allowed for the contract to be signed by Party B where Party A is the bidder.)
