There must be more than five sales records of the same type of equipment from January 2018 to the present, with good user feedback on the effect (the bidder needs to provide performance proof materials such as contracts or orders).(2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be a signatory to the contract for this project signed with the tenderer. If a bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In a tender, the bidder must be the winner and sign the contract.
