3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Basic Information Table of Bidders, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Full name, registered country, and address of the bidder
(2) Bidder Profile

(4) Bidder"s organizational structure, main members, and departments, etc
2. Copy of qualification documents, business license, and financial documents:
For bidders within China: they should provide a business license and organization code certificate that have passed the annual review (for bidders who combine the three certificates, only the business license is required); Provide financial statements for the years 2022 to 2024 (including at least a balance sheet).
For bidders from overseas China: corresponding enterprise registration documents should be provided, along with financial statements for the years 2022 to 2024 (including at least a balance sheet).
3. There shall be no conflict of interest between bidders. All bidders with conflicts of interest are considered unqualified bidders. In this bidding process, if there are (but not limited to) the following situations among bidders, it is considered that there is a conflict of interest:
(1) They have a joint controller or controlling shareholder;
(2) There is a direct or indirect subsidy relationship between them;
(3) They have the same legal representative in this bidding process;
(4) There is some kind of connection between them that allows them to directly or through a third party obtain information or influence other bidders in this bidding process; Or affect the owner"s decision regarding this bidding;
(5) The bidder participated in more than one bid in this tender. Participating in more than one bid will result in all bids being treated as invalid. However, this situation does not include subcontractors participating in more than one bid, as long as they do not participate as bidders;
(6) The bidder participated in the preparation of this bidding document as a consulting agency;
(7) The bidder or its affiliated institution has been or will be hired by the owner as the supervising engineer for this bidding contract.
4. The original bank credit certificate issued within three months prior to the bidding deadline should be provided.

The bidder shall provide the performance of supplying FIB dual beam electron microscopes of the bidding manufacturer brand in China within the past five years up to the bidding deadline of this project (no less than 5).
