Qualifications or Performance:1) The bid-winning bidder"s dual-view cargo X-ray machine (with a large passage size of 1800mm x 1800mm or larger) is certified with a valid civil aviation security inspection equipment license.
2) If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a manufacturer-issued special product agency authorization letter for this project (only the X-ray machine manufacturer"s authorization letter is required). For goods of the same model from the same manufacturer, only one agent may be authorized to participate in the bidding.
3) The bid product must have a proven track record of supplying and installing X-ray or security screening equipment for domestic civil airports since November 1, 2020. (Provide a copy of the contract or relevant supporting documents).
4) Reputation requirements: The bidder must not be under suspension, have had bidding qualifications revoked, or face property seizure or freezing, nor be in bankruptcy status before the bidding deadline.
