Qualifications or Performance:1.Bidders must be the manufacturer (integrator) or authorized agent of the [surface noise sensor] they are bidding for. If the bidder is an agent, they must submit one of the following documents:
1)Authorization issued directly by the manufacturer;
A letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer"s affiliated company (defined as a company controlled or held by the manufacturer, or a company within the same group as the manufacturer, with valid proof of affiliation required);
2.1)Bidders within the territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) must provide the following supporting documents:
① Business license, public institution legal person certificate, or other legally registered documents;
2)Bidders outside China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions) must provide the following supporting documents:
① valid business license.
