3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations with legitimate business qualifications; 2) Bidders who are manufacturers of the goods to be bid shall provide the "Medical Device Production License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; bidders who are business and sales enterprises shall provide the "Medical Device Business License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Business Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of bidders shall be consistent with relevant national licenses; 3) The goods to be bid shall have the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" that is valid until the bid deadline; 4) Bidders shall be manufacturers specializing in producing the equipment required for this bid, or authorized agents; 5) The models of the bid provided by bidders shall have installed users in China; 6) Bidders shall have no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 7) Bidders shall have no criminal records of bribery since the commencement of business activities; 8) Bidders shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, or the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
