Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization in accordance with the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China;
2. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding product or its legal agent, and the agent shall provide the formal authorization of the manufacturer of the bidding product for the project;
3.
