(5) Proof of similar performance over the past five years is required (at least one supply contract for comparable equipment must be provided, with the performance application field being the bearing industry). From November 14, 2025 to November 21, 2025, daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Beijing time), excluding public holidays and weekends, bidding documents can be purchased at Room 501,5th Floor, Dalian Electromechanical Equipment Bidding Co., Ltd. (2-5 Changxing Street, Shahekou District, Dalian, 100 meters west of the north gate of Wuyi Square Radio and Television Center). The price for each set of bidding documents is 1,000 RMB or 150 USD. For mail orders within China, an additional postage fee of 50 RMB will be charged, and for mail orders outside China, an additional postage fee of 20 USD will be charged. No refunds will be given after purchase, and the tenderer is not responsible for any loss during mailing. Bidders may obtain a copy of the electronic bidding documents from the tenderer when purchasing the bidding documents.
