3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized agent. If bidding directly as the manufacturer, no authorization letter is required; if bidding as an agent, a legally valid authorization letter from the manufacturer must be provided (secondary authorization is acceptable).
2) For products classified as Class II or Class III medical devices, the bidder must provide a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" issued within China.
3) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product, a "Medical Device Manufacturing License" must be provided.
4) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product: for Class II medical devices, the bidder should have a record of operating Class II medical devices (either a "Class II Medical Device Operating Enterprise Record Certificate" or a business license including relevant authorization to operate or sell Class II medical devices); for Class III medical devices, the bidder must have a "Medical Device Operating License" for Class III medical devices.
5) The bidder must provide a credit certificate issued by a bank where a basic account has been opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening (original or copy is acceptable).
6) The bidder must be registered on the Electronic Trading Platform for Bidding of Electromechanical Products and have valid annual inspection, and obtain the bidding documents from the bidding agency.
