3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized agent. If the bidder is a direct manufacturer submitting the bid, an authorization letter is not required; if the bidder is an agent submitting the bid, a legally valid authorization letter (including a secondary authorization) issued by the manufacturer must be provided.
2) If the product being bid upon belongs to Class II or Class III medical devices, the bidder must provide a legally valid and validly expired "Medical Device Registration Certificate" issued within China.
3) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product being bid upon, a "Medical Device Production License" must be provided.
4) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product being bid for, and if the product in question belongs to the second category of medical devices, the bidder should have the filing certificate for operating second-category medical devices (such as the "Filing Certificate for Second-Class Medical Device Operating Enterprises" or the business license (which should contain relevant contents regarding the operation or sale of second-category medical devices)); if the product belongs to the third category of medical devices, the bidder must have the "Medical Device Operating License" for the third category of medical devices.
5) The bidder must provide a credit certificate issued by a bank with the basic account opened within three months prior to the bid opening (either the original or a copy is acceptable).
Note: Copies of the above relevant proof materials are required.
6) The bidder must register on the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical products, undergo effective annual inspection, and obtain the bidding documents from the bidding agency.
