Qualifications or Performance:1. For the clinical use of class I, II and III medical devices: Class II and III medical devices shall have the medical device registration certificate and registration form (the registration form is not required for the new certificate), and class I medical devices shall have the product filing registration certificate;
2. For the clinical use of medical devices of class I, II and III produced in the territory of the People"s Republic of China: Medical devices of class II and III shall have a medical device production license, and medical devices of class I shall have a medical device production filing certificate;
3. For the operation of Class III and Class II medical devices: Class III medical devices require a Medical Device Business License, while Class II medical devices require a Medical Device Business Registration Certificate (no such documents are required when medical devices are sold at the registered address of the medical device registrant or manufacturer).
4. If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder must obtain a formal authorization from the manufacturer to supply such goods in this tender. For distribution authorization, the bidder shall provide a valid distribution authorization letter. (This applies to imported products; domestic products are exempt from this requirement).
