Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:Domestic bidders must be independent legal entities compliant with the "PRC Tendering and Bidding Law".

Manufacturers must possess the qualification and capability to design and manufacture the equipment under this tender. The bid submission shall include a list of at least one similar project in the past three years, undertaken by the bidder (and/or the manufacturer), related to the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of the equipment being tendered or similar equipment.

If the bidder is an agent, it must obtain and provide an exclusive Authorization Letter for this specific project from the manufacturer of the offered goods.

Bidders must complete valid registration on the mechanical and electrical products bidding electronic trading platform recognized by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", website: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid deadline. (As the Platform"s registration review process requires time, bidders are advised to check their registration status promptly after deciding to participate, to avoid any impact on timely submission due to last-minute registration.)

Domestic manufacturers must provide financial statements for the period from 2022 to the present, audited by an independent intermediary (a qualified accounting firm).
