Qualifications or Performance:(1)The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or from a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China;
(2)The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the product. If the bidder is an agent, a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project must be provided during the bidding(The authorization letter shall specify the project name, the name and model of the product to be represented, and the words of unique authorization. (3) Financial requirements:Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system:Provide any of the following proof:1)Provide the financial audit reports for 2022,2023, and 2024, audited by accounting firms or audit institutions.;2)Provide a copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the basic account bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date.
(4)Reputation requirements:The company has not been ordered to suspend business, its bidding qualification has been cancelled, its property has been taken over or frozen, or it is bankrupt. In the past three years, it has not cheated to win the bid, seriously breached the contract, or had quality problems in major projects.(A commitment letter is required.
