(1) Domestic manufacturers:
A. Equipment manufacturers registered within the Peoples Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) with independent legal person status (must provide valid "Business License for Enterprise Legal Person", "Organ Code Certificate", and "Tax Registration Certificate");

B. The bidder must not be accepted as a participant in this project if the bidder is listed as a severely illegal enterprise on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity (HTTP://www.gsxt.gov.cn/) or is listed as a discredited person subject to enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchinagov.cn), and has no major illegal records in business activities. (Provide relevant website query screenshots and a commitment letter that there is no major illegal record, format at discretion);
