The manufacturer should have an agent or maintenance institution in China to provide long-term maintenance service guarantee for the product. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. There must be more than five sales records of the same type of equipment from January 2018 to the present, and the users should have a good response. (The bidder needs to provide sales contracts or order performance proof materials in the bidding documents. The definition of similar equipment: Carrier-type Demura equipment.) (2) Once the bid is successful, the bidder must be the party signing the contract for this project with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, the bidder who bids must be the one who wins the bid and signs the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)
