1.The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the World Bank and a grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) toward the cost of the Hubei 3S project, and the cost of the project will be partially covered by the World Bank grant.

2. Mandate：Review and complete the implementation and result report of the World Bank loan project on agricultural product quality and safety demonstration in Hubei Province.

3.Company and Team Requirements：

(1) The team leader must have experience in compiling summaries for agricultural projects funded by international financial organizations or foreign government loans.

(2)Having undertaken agricultural research projects commissioned by government agencies.

(3)The team must include consulting experts, financial experts, and environmental impact assessment (EIA) experts, all with a master"s degree or above.

(4) Having organized large-scale economic and social research activities.

(5) Possessing certain communication and coordination skills, and the ability to respond to and handle emergencies.

4.Workload breakdown

5.The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the World Bank Procurement Rules for IPF Borrowers (" Procurement Rules ") (January 2011edition; revised July 2014). The Contract will select consultants according to the method of selecting CQS based on qualifications as stipulated in the Procurement Rules.

7.Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by fax, or by e-mail) by 13:30 on 30 October, 2025. Late expressions of interest will not be considered.
