Qualifications or Performance:①. If the bidder is a domestic enterprise, it shall provide the business license of the enterprise legal person or the certificate of public institution legal person; if it is an overseas enterprise, it shall provide the enterprise registration certificate;
②. If the bidder is an agent, it must provide the original authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s authorized regional agent; if the original cannot be provided (such as annual authorization), a photocopy can be submitted, with the original retained for future reference.
③. Original or photocopy of credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within the past three months;
