Overview:In order to meet the development needs of large blast furnace construction in China and effectively ensure safety and the service life of the large blast furnace hearth, the Inner Mongolia Baogang Steel Plate CO., LTD. has decided to use imported carbon bricks for the hearth of the No. 8 Blast Furnace during this overhaul. The bidding content and scope include: large carbon bricks, carbon ramming mix, and graphite ramming mix for the No. 8 Blast Furnace of the Inner Mongolia Baogang Steel Plate CO., LTD., from elevation ▽+4.797m to ▽+13.913m.
Source of Funds:Enterprise self-raised funds.
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:To be executed in accordance with Baotou Steel"s annual investment plan, with funds already in place.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Companies or organizations from countries or regions that maintain normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China; (overseas companies; bid quotations must be in CFR Xingang Port, Tianjin, China (in USD, EUR, JPY, etc.)).
3.2 Bidders must provide an original or copy of a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they hold their basic account within 3 months prior to the bid opening date as proof.
3.3 The brand offered must be an imported brand, and the bidder must be a manufacturer.
3.4 Performance Requirement: Bidders must provide at least one supply performance record of ultra-microporous carbon bricks to enterprises within mainland China within the past 10 years. Proof of performance must include: the cover page (indicating blast furnace volume) and the signature page of the contract signed with the enterprise in mainland China. If the contract does not specify ultra-microporous carbon bricks and blast furnace volume, a technical agreement that includes these details must be provided. Note: Prior to the final award decision, the Tenderee may verify the authenticity of the performance. Bidders must cooperate with the verification process; failure to cooperate will result in disqualification. If the performance is found to be falsified upon verification by the Tenderee, the bid will be disqualified.
3.5 Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.
Note: The above requirements are prequalification conditions. Failure to meet any one of them will result in the rejection of the bid.
