3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce to provide public services for international bidding and tendering activities for mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical and Electrical Product Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform, website: www.chinabidding. com) before the deadline for submission of bids;
