3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of China for international bidding activities of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the "Mechanical and Electrical Product Bidding Electronic Trading Platform," with the website address: www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline;
