Prior to bidding, suppliers shall register on the Jiangxi Public Resources Trading Network (Website: http://jxsggzy.cn/), and complete the application for the Jiangxi CA Digital Certificate, electronic signature, and information verification. (II) Materials for Obtaining Bidding Documents

Submitted as hard copies with the official seal for retention; or

Power of attorney from the legal representative. The power of attorney must include the following information: the full name of the supplier"s company, signature of the legal representative, contact person and their phone number, email address, and copies of the legal representative"s ID card and the authorized person"s ID card. Suppliers shall bear sole responsibility for any failure in registration due to unclear information. The power of attorney shall be submitted in one of the following forms:
Original document with the official seal for retention; or
Scanned copy of the original document with the official seal, sent to the procurement agency"s email address (gzzb@jxgzzb.com.cn).
(III) Product Scope for This Procurement
This procurement is for imported products; however, domestic products that meet the technical requirements are not restricted from participating in the bidding.
(IV) Submission of Electronic Version of Bidding Documents
A separate electronic version of the bidding document (with the official seal) shall be submitted. It must be saved in a USB flash drive, which shall then be sealed and affixed with the official seal. The sealed envelope shall clearly state the procurement number, project name, and the bidder"s name, and be marked with the phrase "Electronic Version of Bidding Document".
(V) Procurement Agency Service Fee
