For imported bid goods, a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer, traceable to the manufacturer, must be provided (copy bound in the bid documents and stamped with the bidder"s official seal).
An original or copy of a Credit Certificate issued by the bank where the bidder"s basic account is held, dated within three months prior to the bid opening date.
