3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations responding to the tender. Bidders within China must provide a copy of their business license with the unified social credit code, and bidders outside China must provide a copy of their registration certificate.
(2) The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by its bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(3) The equipment to be bid shall be produced by the bidder itself or by the manufacturer represented by the bidder. The manufacturer, as the bidder, shall provide the "Qualification Declaration" and the "Manufacturer Qualification Declaration" (see the format of "International Standard Bidding Documents for Mechanical and Electrical Products - Volume I, March 2014 Edition").
