The manufacturer"s total performance of high-temperature oxidation furnace tube equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline, as evidenced by the signing date of the contract or order or the date of signature or seal on other valid proof materials such as the performance detail list issued by the manufacturer) should be no less than 50 units. The tender documents must provide copies of contracts or orders or other valid supporting materials issued by the manufacturer, such as signed or sealed performance details.
2. If the bidder is a trading company, it must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter" for this project along with the tender documents.
