3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder must possess independent legal person status and legally obtain a business license. It shall have a sound financial condition and experience in supplying complete sets of equipment.(2) The unit responsible for installation among the bidders must hold a Special Equipment Production License issued by the market supervision and administration department (the licensed items shall include the manufacture of large-scale amusement facilities (including installation, repair and transformation), and the licensed sub-item shall be Class A for sliding and rotating types (including amusement vehicles and unpowered types)); or hold a Special Equipment Production License issued by the market supervision and administration department (the licensed items shall include the installation of large-scale amusement facilities (including repair), and the licensed sub-item shall be Class A for sliding and rotating types (including amusement vehicles and unpowered types)).(3) The domestic Chinese manufacturer of the equipment bid by the bidder must hold a Special Equipment Production License issued by the market supervision and administration department (the licensed items shall include the manufacture of large-scale amusement facilities (including installation, repair and transformation), and the licensed sub-item shall be Class A for sliding and rotating types (including amusement vehicles and unpowered types)). For products imported from overseas manufacturers, type tests shall be passed before they are put into use, and the type test documents of the same type of products within the territory of China shall be provided. The bidder shall have a good market reputation, as well as a complete after-sales service system and technical support within the territory of Chinese Mainland.(4) The bidder shall have no less than 3 successful construction cases of Class A rail-mounted slides within the territory of China. It shall provide copies of the Design Document Appraisal Report, Type Test Report and Supervision and Inspection Report for the three sets of equipment, which are issued by the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute. The conclusions of the above reports shall all be "qualified", and the bidder shall be able to provide good after-sales services (a list of customers and after-sales service institutions shall be specified).(5) The proposed project chief person in charge, project manager, technical person in charge and key personnel of the project department for this project shall all be employees of the bidder (consortium).
(6) If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide the original authorization certificate issued by the manufacturer of the bid product.
