The approved budget is 4.2 million yuan.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. A copy of the valid business license, certificate of legal representative of a public institution, registration certificate of a private non enterprise unit, registration certificate of legal representative of a social organization, or registration certificate of legal representative of a foundation.
2. Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system. A financial report audited by a third-party accounting firm for the year 2024 or a credit certificate issued by a bank within the past six months must be provided.
3. Provide relevant proof materials for lawfully paying taxes in any month of 2025. Provide corresponding document explanations for tax exemption or zero declaration in accordance with the law.
4. Provide relevant proof materials for paying social insurance premiums in any month of 2025. Suppliers who are not required by law to pay social security funds or whose social security funds are paid by third parties should provide corresponding documentation.
5. Provide a written statement stating that there has been no significant illegal record in business activities for the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submission of bidding documents (suppliers established for less than 3 years as of the deadline for submission of response documents may provide a written statement stating that there has been no significant illegal record since their establishment).
6. Submit proof of necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract.
7. Bidders must have their legal representative or authorized agent attend the bid opening ceremony. If the bidder bids as the legal representative, they must provide the legal representative"s identity certificate (signed or stamped by the legal representative) and the original legal representative"s identity certificate; If the bidder is an authorized person bidding, they must provide the identity certificate of the legal representative, the authorization letter of the legal representative (signed or stamped by the legal representative), and the original identity certificate of the authorized person.
8. Different bidders with the same legal representative or direct controlling or management relationships shall not jointly participate in this project.
9. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
