3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1) For overseas bidders: Relevant certificates registered in the place of business in accordance with the laws of the country (region); *2) For domestic bidders: Business license of enterprise legal person must be provided; *3) Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the equipment for bidding; *4) Bidders must be the manufacturers of the products for bidding or agents authorized by the manufacturers. If the goods provided by the bidder in accordance with the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall provide the official authorization letter from the manufacturer (see the format in *International Competitive Tendering Documents for Mechanical and Electrical Products Procurement* (Volume I)). Bidding authorized by the general agent in China, regional agents or other agents of the manufacturer is not accepted; bidding authorized by non-independent legal person entities such as representative offices and offices is not accepted (the original of the manufacturer"s authorization certificate must be provided); *5) Bidders shall provide the original credit certificate issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid opening date or the scanned copy of the original (if the credit certificate clearly states that copying is invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided; the tendering agency reserves the right to verify the original). If the bidder is an enterprise registered within the territory of China, it shall also provide the account opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal) or the bank credit certificate showing the basic account information (original original), or basic deposit account information (bank format or bank seal), or bank record seal card (scanned copy with official seal), or application form for opening a corporate bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal), or other supporting materials; *6) Bidders shall provide the performance of selling no less than 3 units/sets of the products for bidding in total in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to the bid submission deadline) (the main body of sales performance shall be the bidder). The sales performance contracts of the products for bidding shall be provided, and the key pages of the contracts shall be attached as supporting materials, including but not limited to the first page of the contract, the page with procurement content, and the page with seals of both parties.
