3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must provide a business license with the "Three Certificates in One" (copy stamped with the official seal); overseas bidders need only provide a registration certificate (copy stamped with the official seal).
(2) The bidder or manufacturer must have a fixed supply, after-sales service, and maintenance organization within the People"s Republic of China.
(3) If the bidder is a trading agent, they must provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the supplied products (Items 1-9 in the procurement list) specifically for this tender project. (If multiple agents of the same brand participate in the bid and submit either a general distribution authorization letter or a project-specific authorization letter from the manufacturer, the project-specific authorization letter shall take precedence.)
(4) An original credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date.
(5) Consortium bids are not allowed for this project.
(6) Bidders who have not completed registration on the tender website before the bid deadline are not eligible to participate.
(7) The winning bidder shall assume all contractual responsibilities for this tender and may not transfer or subcontract its contractual obligations.
