3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must submit a business license with unified social credit code (copy affixed with official seal); overseas bidders need only provide a registration certificate (copy affixed with official seal).
(2) The bidder or manufacturer must maintain fixed supply, after-sales service, and maintenance facilities within the territory of the People"s Republic of China.
(3) If the bidder acts as a trading agent, it shall provide a project-specific authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the products offered (Items 8-12 in the procurement list) for this tender. (Where multiple agents of the same brand participate and submit either a general distribution authorization letter or a project-specific authorization letter from the manufacturer, the project-specific authorization letter shall prevail.)
(4) Original creditworthiness certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(5) Consortium bidding is not permitted for this project.
(6) Bidders who fail to complete registration on the tender website before the bid submission deadline shall be ineligible to participate.
(7) The winning bidder shall assume all contractual obligations under this tender and shall not transfer or subcontract any part of its contracted responsibilities.
