3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:①The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidder shall have manufacturing ability for the bidding equipment. The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidder shall provide at least 5 sets of the same or similar equipment ever since Sep. 1, 2022. The bidder shall offer such supporting documents as supply list, contracts, POs or acceptance certificate or other relevant documents. If only the supply list is provided, the bidder shall also offer the letter of commitment stamped with corporate seal to ensure its authenticity.
②The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidder shall have the ability to offer effective after-sales service for the bidding equipment (Name and contact details of the unit providing after-sales service shall be offered).
③The subject equipment must be brand new, please provide a "commitment letter".
④The bidding product should be the technical product of the manufacturer of the bidder. The bidding product may involve relevant patent content, and the bidder shall ensure that the tenderer is exempt from liability for patent identification and infringement.
⑤The bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three (3) months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy (stamped with corporate seal).
⑥Other qualification certification documents required in the bidding documents.
