The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant state licenses;
3) The goods to be tendered shall have the People"s Republic of China (PRC) Medical Device Registration Certificate or the First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate within the validity period of the tender deadline;
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment this time, or an agent authorized by the bidder;
5) During the three years before the bidder participates in government procurement activities, it has no record of major violations in business activities;
6) The bidder is not included in the list of persons who have been executed for breach of trust and the list of parties in major tax violation cases on the website of Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn).
