Qualifications or Performance:The manufacturer of the equipment to be bid for this project must, in the past 5 years (from January 1, 2020 to the present), have performance certification materials for at least 1 piece of equipment similar to the scope of this project"s bidding (similar equipment refers to: 6-meter or above CNC roll bending machine). Such materials include but are not limited to the corresponding contract agreement as proof. The contract or end-user certificate must show the contract signing time, contract content (relevant contract materials such as technical agreements can be attached), and the signed pages of both parties.
If the quotation is not in RMB, the bidder must be the signing party to the foreign trade contract for this project with the buyer. If the bidder is not capable of signing a foreign trade contract with the buyer, its bid will be invalidated. (Note: If the product is an imported product and an import contract must be signed, the successful bidder must sign the foreign trade contract in its own name with the buyer or the buyer"s commercial agent, and must be able to receive foreign exchange paid by companies within the customs territory of the Chinese mainland.)
