Qualifications or Performance:The manufacturer of the equipment being bid for must have performance proof materials for at least one project similar to the bidding scope of this project (similar projects refer to profile bending machines with a length of over 6 meters) that has been completed or is currently being undertaken from January 1, 2015 to the bid submission deadline (including but not limited to the corresponding contract agreements as proof materials. The contract or end-user certificate must reflect the contract signing time, contract content (technical agreements and other contract-related materials can be attached) and the pages with the signatures and seals of both parties).
If the offer is not in RMB, the bidder must be the contracting party to sign the foreign trade contract with the buyer for this project. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, its bid will be canceled.
