Qualifications or Performance:1. Bidders must have independent legal person status;
2. The bidders must comply with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices" and provide the Medical Device Business License or filing certificate.
3. Bidders must be the manufacturers of the products they are bidding for or their agents. Agents bidding must have an authorization letter or agency certificate issued by the manufacturer. Only one bidder is allowed to participate in the bidding for the same brand.
