Qualifications or Performance:Bidders must provide 1 copy of LDPE/EVA device performance from 2018 to present; (Provide scanned copies of contracts, each contract should include at least the first page of the contract, the main scope of work page, the contract amount, the contract period, and the signature and seal pages of both parties)
The bidder must be manufacturer or agent.
If the Bidder is a trader or an Agent, it shall meet the following requirements of qualification and provide certificates:
a. The agent must provide sole official letter of authorization by manufacturer.
b. The company shall have established not less than 3 years based on bid opening day.
c. The bidder shall have at least 2 sales performances for similar products in 2 distinctive years. (Sale contract or end-user certification shall be provided and signed or sealed by representative of Bidder).
