Procurement of 0679-254DFXYDA017 National VII engine pollutant and greenhouse gas emission testing capability supplement(1)
NO. | Product Name | Quantity | Main Technical Data | Remarks |
1 | Gas analyzer and particle counter | each 2 sets | 4.1 Gas Analyzer *4.1.1.3 The new WHTC and WHSC test cycle procedures should be established on the existing national VI WHTC and WHSC test cycle procedures of our company (the existing national VI WHTC and WHSC test cycle procedures should be backed up and), and the newly established test procedures should be operated. The gas analyzer can automatically and continuously synchronize the measurement of ppm concentration of gas components in exhaust gas, the gas components should at least include Nh2, N2O, HCHO. The report automatically calculated by the test bench should at least add Nh2, N2O,CHO test results, unit: g/kW.h. 4.1.2 Main Analysis Unit *4.1.2.1 It should be able to measure at least gas components listed in Table 1: Table 1 Gas components that the gas analyzer should be able to measure at least and their range. For specific tables, see Technical Requirements 4.2 Particle Counter 4.2.1 General Function Requirements *4.2.1.1 It should be possible to measure the number of particles in diluted or original engine exhaust, and it should be possible to measure based on a minimum particle size of 10nm. *4.2.1.3 The new WC and WHSC test cycle procedures should be established on the basis of the existing national VI WHTC and WHSC test cycle procedures (the existing national VI WHTC andSC test cycle procedures should be backed up and retained), and the particle counter can automatically and continuously synchronize the measurement of the number of particles in the exhaust during the operation of new test procedures. The report automatically calculated by the test bench should add the particle number test result, unit: #/kW.h 4.2.3 Sample System *4.2.3.1 PND1 shall be equipped with a rotary diluter It shall support two-stage dilution, with the total dilution ratio adjustable within the range of 100 to 2000, and the primary dilution adjustable within the range of 10 to 200. 4.1.2 Main Analytical Unit *4.1.2.1 It shall be capable measuring at least the gas components listed in Table 1: Table 1 Gas components that the gas analyzer shall be able to measure at least and their range: See the specific in the technical requirements. 4.2 Particle Counter 4.2.1 General Function Requirements *4.2.1.1 It shall be possible to measure the number particles in the diluted exhaust or the original engine exhaust, and it shall be possible to measure based on a minimum particle size of 10nm. *4.2..3 A new WHTC, WHSC test cycle procedure should be constructed based on the existing China VI WHTC, WHSC test cycle procedure (the existing China VIHTC, WHSC test cycle procedure should be backed up and retained), and during the operation of the new test procedure, the particle counter can automatically and continuously synchronize the measurement of the number of particles in the exhaust. The particle number test results should be added to the report output by the bench automatic calculation, and the unit is #/kW.. 4.2.3 Sample System *4.2.3.1 PND1 shall be equipped with a rotary diluter. It shall support two-stage dil, with the total dilution ratio adjustable within the range of 100 to 2000, and the primary dilution ratio adjustable within the range of 1 to 200. 4.3 Other Requirements *4.3.1 This project will purchase 2 gas analyzers (meeting the requirements of 41) and 2 particle counters (meeting the requirements of 4.2), and the requirements for integration with our company"s existing engine test bench control system are in Table 2. Table 2 Equipment and Bench Integration Requirements.*4.3.2 For the engine test bed that has been integrated with the gas analyzers specified in .1.1.1 before the start of this project, only the particulate counter meeting the requirements of 4.2 shall be integrated in this time, and the WC and WHSC test cycle procedures newly constructed for it shall have the functions of measurement and result calculation for the additional pollutant components specified in 4.1.1.3 4.2.1.3. *4.3.3 For the engine test bed that has only been integrated with the gas analyzers specified in 41.1.1 and has not been integrated with the particulate counter specified in 4.2, the WHTC and WHSC test cycle procedures newly constructed for it have the functions of measurement and result calculation for the additional gaseous pollutant components specified in 4.1.1.3, and it is not necessary to have the of measurement and result calculation for the additional particulate number specified in 4.2.1.3. *4.3.4 Except that Nh2 is changed frompm to g/kW.h and the minimum particle size of PN is changed from 23 nm to 10 nm, all newly constructed WHTC and WHSC test procedures shall retain the functions of measurement, data analysis and result calculation for each pollutant component in the national VI stage. For the engine test bed that has not been integrated with particulate counter specified in 4.2, the functions of measurement, data analysis and result calculation for the particulate number of its newly constructed WHTC and WHSC test procedures shall be consistent with the existing national VI procedures. *7.2 Warranty Period 7.2.1 The warranty period is 12 months after the final. During the warranty period, if the system cannot work due to the fault of the equipment itself, the equipment supplier shall provide 24-hour response service. If it is that there is a damaged part, it shall be replaced within 5 days, and all costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the supplier. 7.2.2 After warranty period, the long-term supply of spare parts and good maintenance service must be guaranteed. The equipment must have a service organization of the manufacturer in China. 7.23 After the expiration of the warranty period, the service fee shall be paid by the supplier first, and after it is confirmed as our responsibility, our company shall pay the fee to supplier, but it does not include the international travel expenses. 7.3 On-site Installation and Commissioning *7.3.1 The supplier must complete the installation, ing and other work of the equipment within 2 months after receiving the notice from our company that the equipment has arrived at the installation site. *7.3.5 Within2 months after the signing and effectiveness of the contract, the supplier shall provide detailed drawings and instructions for the installation of the equipment on site to our company |
