3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:Bidders must be manufacturers or agents of active safety closed road testing systems, and bidders within the customs must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder"s official seal. Contract Reference Requirement:Submit copies of 8 contracts with similar performance from June 15, 2022 to the date of bid opening. The specific requirements are as follows: 1) The bidder (or bidding product manufacturer) should be the direct supplier of the contract; 2) Contracts should have signatures or seals from all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders; 3) The copy of the contract should include at least the names of all parties, the subject matter of the contract, the contract amount, the contract date, and the signature and seal page; 4) The contract date shall be based on the later of the effective date of the contract and the signing date of the contract; 5) The total amount of a single contract shall not be less than RMB 5 million. If it is a framework contract, unit price contract, or if the total amount is not reflected in the contract, an additional VAT invoice for settlement of not less than RMB 5 million or a settlement statement signed or stamped by the buyer shall be provided; 6) Similar performance refers to the provision of small navigable platforms and specialized equipment for robot testing , with at least three (including) contracted parties being testing centers or NCAP laboratories.
