(2) Redesign and develop a software system to:

Enable the manipulator to achieve automatic sample preparation and testing functions.
Be compatible with the existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to realize data upload and information sharing.

(3) Meet the requirements of national standards regarding mineral particle size and moisture detection for different materials.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Comply with the provisions of Article 2 of the Instructions to Bidders in the Standard Bidding Documents for International Tendering of Mechanical and Electrical Products (Trial) (Volume I), as follows:
① A bidder shall be a legal person or other organization that responds to the tender, has obtained and purchased the bidding documents from the tenderer or tendering agency, and participates in the bidding competition. Any legal person or other organization that has not obtained and purchased the bidding documents from the tenderer or tendering agency shall not participate in the bidding.
② Unless otherwise specified, legal persons or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries/regions with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "eligible source countries/regions") may participate in the bidding.
③ Legal persons or other organizations that have a stake in the tenderer which may affect the fairness of the tender shall not participate in the bidding.
④ Legal persons or other organizations entrusted to participate in the pre-project consultation and the preparation of bidding documents shall not participate in the bidding for the entrusted project, nor shall they prepare bidding documents or provide consultation for the bidders of the project.
⑤ Different entities with the same person in charge, or with a controlling or management relationship, shall not participate in the bidding for the same tender package, except for those forming a joint venture to bid together.
⑥ Joint venture bidding is not allowed for this project.
⑦ Only suppliers that are legally and financially independent, operate legally, and are independent of the tenderer and tendering agency may participate in the bidding.
⑧ Bidders shall complete the registration successfully on the China International Tendering Network (hereinafter referred to as "Tendering Network", URL: http://www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline specified in the bidding documents. Otherwise, the bidder shall not be allowed to enter the tendering process, and shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.

(2) If the goods bid for are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain an official letter of authorization from the goods manufacturer permitting the bidder to provide such goods in this bidding.

(3) Since August 1, 2020, up to the bid submission deadline, the bidder shall have a supply performance of equipment with a single contract amount of no less than RMB 2.4 million and a daily 24-hour sample preparation quantity of no less than 25 units. The bidder shall provide scanned copies of the contract, acceptance documents, or user certificates from the owner; the time shall be subject to the signing date of the tendering party in the contract.
