Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualifications or achievements required for bidders:
(1) Meet the requirements of "2. Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1, Instructions to Bidders, Volume 1 of the bidding documents;
(2) The bidder shall be a supplier from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China, capable of providing the bidding goods and services, and an enterprise that has the ability to take full responsibility for all the goods provided and related technologies, quality, performance, construction period, after-sales service, etc. (Certificate of Enterprise Registration issued by the country where the enterprise is located, equipment export license);
(3) The bidder must have sales performance of two similar projects (with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons or more of modified starch preparation systems) between January 2020 and January 2025. For this project performance, a copy of the signed sales contract must be provided (a copy of the key pages of the sales contract, including but not limited to: the contract cover, specific parameters of the contract and its attachments, signature and seal pages, etc.; the original copy should also be provided for verification, and the time shall be subject to the contract signing date), along with an acceptance certificate and user usage certificate, all stamped with the bidder"s official seal;
(4) The bidder is not included in the blacklist of suppliers for Yueyang Forestry and Paper;
