3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Submit all documents required by Section 13.3 of the first volume of the bidding documents to prove that the bidder will be able to perform the contract after winning the bid;
3.2 Comply with relevant technical standards of the People"s Republic of China;
3.3 Specific Qualifications for Bidders:
3.3.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding equipment, with the qualifications and capabilities to design and manufacture container gantry cranes. The bidding documents must provide copies of the business license and special equipment production license stamped with the official seal.
3.3.2 The bidder shall design, manufacture, and sell 5 or more tire type container gantry cranes with a lifting capacity (under lifting equipment) of ≥ 40 tons and remote automation control from January 1, 2022 (based on the date of contract signing) until now. The bidder shall provide a list of the above performance and copies of key pages of the performance contract (including the contract homepage, signature and seal page, and contract content that reflects the specifications of the crane) stamped with the official seal in the bidding documents.
3.4 According to the Notice on the Joint Punishment of Dishonest Persons Subject to Enforcement in Tendering and Bidding Activities issued by the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments, bidders shall not be dishonest persons subject to enforcement. The tenderer (bidding agency) will conduct a query on the bidder"s dishonest information (specifically based on the query on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina. gov.cn on the day of bid opening). If the bidder is a dishonest debtor, the evaluation committee will reject their bid. If on the day of bid opening, due to force majeure events, it is impossible to query and cannot be restored temporarily, the winning candidate can be queried afterwards during the bidding announcement period. If the winning candidate is a dishonest person who has been executed, the tenderer will cancel their qualification to win the bid in accordance with the law.
