3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet the requirements of "2. Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents, "Instructions to Bidders";
3.2 Bidders shall be legal persons or other organizations of the People"s Republic of China or countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China;
3.3 The agent participating in the bidding shall obtain the sole authorization from the equipment manufacturer for this project.
3.4 Performance Requirements: The equipment manufacturer tendered by the bidder should have at least two application records of mechanical arm equipment using the fixture clamping method for loading and unloading quartz glass substrates of 1220×1400 mm and above in the past five years. This proposal includes all relevant fixtures and accessory equipment for glass substrates of various sizes. Performance proof documents must be provided in the tender documents. If some business secrets are not convenient to be made public, key information can be blurred.
3.5 The bidder shall have a good bank credit standing and business reputation, not be in a state of being ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and its assets shall not be restructured, taken over or frozen. The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the bank credit standing certificate issued by the bank where its basic account was opened within three months before the bid opening date.
3.6 Whether joint bids are accepted: No;
